特朗普联俄绞杀中国的“反尼克松战略”已经成形

与时俱进：中国对特朗普的看法太过时，“交往”还是“交锋”？

按：今天这篇文章的作者，大家应该有印象，他曾提到自己过去20年来往美国6000次的记录，受到了许多朋友质疑。他这篇来稿也在附信里解释了一下，说连美国CBP的官员都说他出入境美国的记录可能是吉尼斯记录，因为他说的6000次记录确切说是在6-7年里！这的确会令许多人震惊。那么如此频繁出入美国，他对美国的观察和对特朗普主导下政策变化有什么样的看法，我们来看看。

国内主流对特朗普的看法还宥于陈旧的视界，以为特朗普也会像克林顿、小布什和奥巴马一样，几个回合的交手后就会回心转意，会继续讨好中国。这种观点不仅自欺欺人，而且起严重误导作用。

过去几届美国政府与中国打交道奉行的是“遏制”加“交往”的政策，之所以如此，是因为：

一、中国还没有威胁到美元的国际货币结算地位。
二、中国经济的综合国力与美国还有较大差距。
三、中国军事实力与美国还有较大差距。
四、对中国的民主化进程有所期待。

美国对其自由民主的价值观无比自信，也天真有意地想向全球推广。他们相信中国的经济繁荣将使中国逐步融入世界经济，将使中国步入政治民主化的进程。所以美国为首的西方国家把中国纳入了经济全球化的机制。然而在这个机制里，中美的核心利益冲突，不是什么台湾、南海、朝鲜半岛，而是财富如何分配。没有想到，经过几十年的太极功夫，中国将国际贸易体制里的财富搬空，美国成了输家。特朗普是美国体制里第一个意识到不能这样玩了的人，所以他说文明世界必须改变思路！

特朗普上台，过去几届美国政府对华政策思路将遭到彻底清洗，将放弃“交往”政策，改为“交锋”。看看特朗普组阁的群体名单，的确就是要拔刀的样子。中美贸易大战已经箭在弦上。这将是一场不对称的赌博，特朗普将压上全部政治身家性命于赌台，只能赢，不能输，否则美国会崩溃。同样，如果中国输了，改革开放30年的成果也将毁于一旦，不仅经济将崩溃，可能体制都不保。

特朗普上台后，中国可能将面对多个重大的国际关系的危机，危机烈度一点不亚于一战后二战前时的程度。中美贸易大战、台海危机、朝鲜半岛危机甚至将导致中美间的军事冲突。特朗普将从前“交往”变为“交锋”的思路，是因为：

一、中国过早暴露人民币企图取代美元的国际结算霸权地位的战略企图。
二、一带一路企图撬动欧亚板块，与美国争夺陆权和海权，威胁到美国的全球战略。
三、美国对中国的民主化进程不再抱有幻象。
四、中国向国际社会宣传的“中国模式”反而被西方认为是“中国威胁论”的国家社会主义。

特朗普在与中国正式开打前有一个战略布局，就是主动与一直暗送秋波的普京和解，与西方和解一直是俄罗斯自苏联解体以来的梦想。俄罗斯虽然是欧洲文化的末端，毕竟是西方文化和意识形态的一部分，产生过无数的文化巨人和璀璨的艺术，回归西方一直是俄罗斯的梦想，无奈以美国为首的西方一直把这个粗鲁的野蛮人拒之门外。特朗普将一改前任孤立和制裁俄罗斯的政策，与俄罗斯和解，他太明白一个经济体只有广东那么大的俄罗斯根本不是美国的对手，却是中国的恶邻。俄罗斯也无意看见身边的中国崛起成为地缘政治对手，两普一拍即合。特朗普联俄绞杀中国的“反尼克松战略”已经成形。

当年尼克松主动与毛泽东破冰，从战略上一举破解中美两国的困局，为冷战的结束和苏联的垮台底定了基础。这次特朗普玩弄的是“反尼克松战略”，在战略上确实是一步高棋，而中国周围强敌环伺，麻烦的是中国手里可以打出的牌却不多。抬头望见北斗星，想起毛泽东与尼克松载入史册的历史棋局，还有邓小平再三强调的“韬光养晦”不出头的战略真是大的政治智慧。




中美交锋将是特朗普任期内的常态和二次冷战，绝不是国内智库一些人误解的那样在特朗普碰钉子后，他会走回到老路上来，中美关系更不是国内某个领导说的是夫妻关系，这些完全是自欺欺人的话语。
