PM Netanyahu in China to bolster economic ties

Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Li Keqiang welcome our PM and 5 ministers to sign cooperation agreements on neuroscience, water technology, agriculture, biomedicine, and smart cities;"China with 1'3 billion populations admires Israel 8 million people for their wisdom, creativity and innovative talents".Netanyahu met with heads of the 11 biggest corporations in China, and with Chinese forum of 800 businesspeople and 100 Israeli companies.

习近平主席和李克勤总理接见了内坦尼亚胡总理。这次出访，中以两方在农业，水利工程，生物技术，智能城市等领域签署了25项协议，总金额约20亿美元。中以双方宣布建立创新全面伙伴关系。内坦尼亚胡与11家知名企业与组织负责人举行早餐会。

Good news for Parkinson’s patients

Neuro Derm has released positive results for the final Phase II trial of its ND0612H treatment on 38 patients with advanced Parkinson’s disease. NeuroDerm proceeds with Phase III trials on 240 patients prior to requesting CE (European) Certification.

以色列生物制药公司Neuro Derm宣布在已经完成的38个临床ND0612L2期试验取得了积极的结果。这次临床3期试验预计注册240名帕金森氏症患者，将于2017年结束。

Laser therapy with deep-sea drug kills prostate cancer

海底病毒提炼物造福于前列腺癌患者

A non-surgical treatment called vascular-targeted photodynamic therapy developed at Weitzman Institute for prostate cancer in which doctors inject a light-sensitive drug derived from deep-sea bacteria into a patient's bloodstream was shown effective to kill cancer cells without destroying healthy tissue; "These results are excellent news for men with early localized prostate cancer, offering a treatment that can kill cancer without removing or destroying the prostate".

以色列魏茨曼科学研究所的科研人员研制出一种治疗前列腺癌的激光疗法，既免除手术痛苦，癌症复发率也比常规疗法低很多。专家以４００多名前列腺癌症患者为试验对象，对其中一半患者使用名为“血管靶向光动力”的激光疗法。这一半患者中，４９％的人在治疗两年内没有复发，高于常规疗法１３.５％的比例。魏茨曼科学研究所的科研人员从一种生活在漆黑海底的病毒中提炼出药物，注射到患者体内，而后在患者会阴部通过光导纤维“刺激”这种光敏药物，释放出对癌细胞具有毁灭性杀伤力的物质，从而杀死前列腺中癌细胞。

Restoration of Jesus' burial shrine completed

耶路撒冷耶稣墓完成修复

Completed just in time for Easter; the historic renovation of the Edicule, the shrine that tradition says houses the cave where Jesus was buried and rose to heaven. 3 main Christian denominations guard separate sections of the church, but they gave their blessing for the restoration at cost of $4 million. In 2015, Israeli police briefly shut down the building after deemed it unsafe, and repairs began in June 2016.

2017年3月21日，耶路撒冷，在耶路撒冷老城的圣墓教堂（Church of the Holy Sepulchre），被认为是耶稣墓所在的“小房子”（Edicule）完成修复，引游客前来朝拜。2015年以色列相关部门关闭了圣墓，在基督教三个主要教派筹集了400万美金后，于2016年6月开始修缮工程。

Eilat offers a 4.5G high speed internet

Hot Mobile has completed deployment to make Eilat the first Israeli city to have a 4.5G LTE Advance cellular network. Customers can now obtain speeds around 100 Mbps.

Israelis' health and happiness among highest in world

以色列幸福指数排名第11

2017 World Happiness Report, published Monday by the United Nations to mark International Day of Happiness, Israel is the 11th happiest country for the years 2014-2016. The report measured a variety of factors, such as Gross Domestic Product per capita, social support, Overall health of the population, life expectancy, generosity, perception of corruption and freedom to make life choices.

根据全球2017年幸福指数报告显示，以色列排名第11名。这次的数据包含了6大因素：人均GDP，社会福利，慷慨程度，自由度，腐败程度，社交活动。

The People, The book and The Land

布宜诺斯艾利斯犹太历史展

The exibition “People, Book, Land: The 3,500 Year Relationship of the Jewish People with the Holy Land,” which was co-created by the Simon Wiesenthal Center, is on display at the government Centro Cultural Kirchner in Buenos Aires;  The exhibition include maps, pictures and text tracing Jewish history from Abraham to David, the Crusades, the British Mandate, the Holocaust, Aliya & the “Start-up Nation".  

阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯正在展出犹太3500年历史展，展览展出了照片，文字，地图等，回顾了犹太民族3500年前的历史，从亚伯拉罕到大卫，二战时期的犹太集中营，犹太人回归以及创新国度。

Multi-layer defense system fully operational April 2nd

以色列最新导弹拦截系统4月部署

Israel's multi-tier air defense missile system will be fully operational early April with the deployment of the David's Sling interceptor. David's Sling, designed to shoot down rockets fired from 100 to 200 kilometers away, will be the final piece of a shield that already includes short-range Iron Dome and long range Arrow-2 and Arrow-3.  

以色列最新导弹拦截系统将于4月部署完毕。箭式拦截系统大卫投石索可以拦截100-200公里范围内的导弹。它将成为铁穹（短程拦截系统）和箭2，箭3之后的最后一道防御盾牌。
