杭州G20的这场文艺演出，再次让中国文化惊艳了全世界昨天（9月4日）下午，全球瞩目的G20杭州峰会终于开幕了。这一天，二十集团成员领导人在杭州都干了些啥？G20峰会又是怎么开的？来，跟着双语君一起了解下峰会第一天都发生了啥。
峰会开幕 习近平致辞
4日下午，G20峰会开幕，本次峰会的主题是“4个I”：
构建创新、活力、联动、包容的世界经济Building an innovative, invigorated, interconnected and inclusive world
二十集团成员领导人陆续抵达杭州国际博览中心。习近平主席在会场欢迎各国领导人及各国际组织负责人，并与之一一握手。

最后入场的默克尔与习主席聊了好久：
36位领导人到齐了之后，大家就在杭州国际博览中心合影留念啦。
默克尔还是那个蜜汁手势：默克尔菱形（Merkel diamond）。
对了，站在习近平旁边的是德国首相默克尔和土耳其总统埃尔多安，为什么是这两位呢？
原来站在中间的这三位是“三驾马车”（G20troika），这是G20的一种运行机制，指的是：
a revolving three-member management group of past, present and future chairs
由本届G20峰会的主席国与上一届和下一届的主席国共同组成的一种轮值管理机制
这三驾马车来维持着G20日常的运行，商量议题的安排、议题的推进。
中国是这一届G20峰会的主席国，土耳其是上一届安塔利亚峰会的主席国，德国马上就要接棒成为下一界峰会的主席国，所以这三家是这次会议的主角。
欢迎仪式结束后，会议就正式开始啦。国家主席习近平主持会议并致开幕辞。
会议大厅长这样：
相较于B20峰会开幕式上近50分钟的精彩演讲，习近平主席在G20峰会开幕式上的讲话虽然短了不少，但可以说是开门见山、直入主题、简明扼要。
习近平首先指出了本次峰会的主题：
未来两天，我们将围绕杭州峰会主题，就加强宏观政策协调、创新增长方式，更高效的全球经济金融治理，强劲的国际贸易和投资，包容和联动式发展，影响世界经济的其他突出问题等议题展开讨论。In the next two days, under the theme of this summit, we will have a discussion on strengthening policy coordination, breaking a new path of growth, motivated by efficient global economic and financial governance, robust international trade and investment, inclusive and interconnected development, as well as other issues affecting the world economy.
接下来，他对世界经济面临的挑战，提出了五点建议：
❶ 我们应该加强宏观经济政策协调，合力促进全球经济增长，维护金融稳定。We should strengthen the macroeconomic policy coordination, and jointly promote global growth and uphold international financial stability.
❷ 我们应该创新发展方式，挖掘增长动能。We should break a new path of growth and generate new growth momentum.
❸ 我们应该完善全球经济治理，夯实机制保障。We should improve global economic governance and strengthen institutional safeguards.
❹ 我们应该建设开放型世界经济，继续推动贸易和投资自由化便利化。We should build an open global economy and continue to promote facilitation and liberalization of trade and investment.
❺ 我们应该落实2030年可持续发展议程，促进包容性发展。We should implement the 2030 agenda for sustainable development and promote inclusive development.
并对二十集团成员如何建设世界经济提供了建议：
❶ 与时俱进，发挥引领作用The G20 must keep up with the changing times and lead the way forward.
❷ 知行合一，采取务实行动The G20 should fully honor its commitment.
❸ 共建共享，打造合作平台The G20 should become a platform of cooperation, built through joint efforts that deliver benefits to all.
❹ 同舟共济，发扬伙伴精神The G20 should stick together as partners in meeting challenges.
杭帮菜点缀晚宴
欢迎晚宴在杭州西子宾馆举行。西子宾馆曾接待过毛主席等历代党和国际领导人。
据了解，G20晚宴所用的“西湖盛宴”餐具（tableware）设计团队来自上海，整套餐瓷体现出“西湖元素、杭州特色、江南韵味、中国气派、世界大国”的G20国宴布置基调。
餐具都是小清新水墨风，灵感来源于西湖静美的湖光山色（inspired by the serene waters and beautiful natural landscape of West Lake）。
采用“青绿山水”工笔带写意的笔触创造。
这精美绝伦的餐具件件都是艺术品啊……
所以晚宴上吃了啥？我们来看看中国日报的外籍专家Pauline D Loh的报道。
It is a mammoth task catering to such illustrious guests, especially when the chefs have to consider various dietary restrictions but still display the best of Hangzhou haute cuisine.
要款待如此尊贵的来宾，可谓任务艰巨，尤其是厨师既要展示出杭州的美味珍馐，还要兼顾各种饮食忌口。
The result is an inventive menu that shows off the ingenuity and elegance of Chinese kitchen craft. The menu was completely pork-free but still managed to showcase the fish and river produce Hangzhou is known for.
最终的结果是一份充满创意的菜单，尽显中国烹饪艺术的别出心裁和优雅灵秀。菜单中完全没有猪肉，但展示了杭州著名的鱼类和水产佳肴。

❶ 冷盘 Hors d'Oeuvres
First on the table was a variety of little bites meant to tantalize and build up the appetite. These included flavored pieces of braised beancurd, freshly pickled cucumbers and smoked fish fillets.
先上桌的是各种小食，开开胃，包括豆腐干、腌黄瓜、熏鱼片等。
❷ 清汤松茸 Pine Mushroom Soup
The soup was the first indication of what Hangzhou food represents. Seasonal Matsutake or pine mushrooms were floated in a crystal clear consomme, showcasing the clean flavors that most characterize Hangzhou cooking.
这道汤是杭州美食的第一个代表。正当季的松茸漂浮在水晶般透明的清汤中，让来宾们品尝到杭帮菜最具特色的清新口味。

❸ 松子鳜鱼 Sweet and Sour Mandarin Fish with Pine Nuts
The fish is an exhibition of the delicate knife skills of Hangzhou chefs, and the sauce indicative of the sweet and sour flavors that are also characteristic of the region. Lightly toasted pine nuts, with their slightly resinous flavor, are the perfect garnish.
这道菜的鱼是杭州师傅精妙刀工的绝佳展示，略带酸甜的汤汁也是当地特色。微烤过的松子带些松香，是完美的配菜。

❹ 龙井虾仁 Stir-Fried Shrimps with Longjing Tea Leaves
No banquet here would be complete if Hangzhou's famous tea-infused prawns were not included. Longjing or dragon's well is the green tea that grows exclusively in the Hangzhou hills.
在杭州办晚宴没有著名的龙井虾是不完整的。龙井为杭州山间特产绿茶。
For the Longjing prawns dish, its tender young shoots are stir-fried with crisply textured river shrimp in a marriage of subtle sweetness. The seemingly simple dish is a test for the most accomplished chefs because of its delicate balance of aroma and flavor.
制作这道菜，龙井嫩叶与河虾一起翻炒，结合生出精致的甜味。这道菜看似简单，却能难倒厨艺最精湛的厨师，因其香气与口味的微妙平衡极难把握。

❺ 膏蟹酿香橙 Orange-Flavored Crab Meat
Another West Lake specialty took center stage next when the guests were served roe crab meat stuffed in orange. This features the famous mitten or hairy crab from the lake. To allow guests to fully enjoy the meat and roe, the crabs were shelled and stuffed into an orange.
又一道西湖名菜上桌了，将蟹黄蟹肉裹在橙中的膏蟹酿香橙。蟹是西湖自产的著名大闸蟹。为了让来宾尽享吃蟹的乐趣，螃蟹都装壳且裹进橙中。
❻ 东坡牛扒 Hangzhou-Style Fillet Steak
Dongpo Rou is usually made from pork belly, but last night the guests had a beefsteak instead. The meat is braised in the best soy sauce, and slow cooked to tender perfection.
东坡肉通常采用五花肉烹制，但昨晚的这道菜用的是牛排。牛排在绝好的酱油中小火慢炖，炖至肉嫩味美。

水面上的G20晚会
春江潮水连海平，海上明月共潮生。滟滟随波千万里，何处春江无月明。
G20晚会，《最忆是杭州》（Most Memorable Is Hangzhou），在美轮美奂中晕染了层层的诗情画意，不仅在朋友圈微博激起了千层浪，也用才情惊艳了全世界。
这场张艺谋导演的晚会历时了一年时间创作排练，糅合了中国古典的文化韵味和国际化的表达方式，合璧了中西（East-meets-West ）。
中国日报首席记者、著名影评人周黎明评论道：
The 45-minute visual extravaganza, Most Memorable Is Hangzhou, a title taken from a poem by Bai Juyi (772-846), highlighted the city's rich cultural legacy as well as incorporated international elements that subtly reflect the state of today's globalization.这场为时45分钟的视觉盛宴名为《最忆是杭州》，取自唐代诗人白居易的《忆江南》。这场晚会不仅向世人展现了这座城市悠久的历史文化底蕴，而且加入了全球化下与时俱进吸纳的国际化元素。
晚会以《春江花月夜》（Spring River in the Flower Moon Night ）开场，听江楼钟鼓，望月上东山，看花影层台，水深云际，回阑拍岸。
演奏者是著名琵琶演奏家赵聪，那首文艺忧伤的《琵琶语》就是她演奏的，来听听现场……

春风解恼诗人鼻，非叶非花自是香。《采茶舞曲》（Picking Tea Leaves）中的采茶女们，在波光潋滟的湖面上演绎着这首属于江南的民间小调。
